So, I've avoided the gym the last 2 days. I'm sick. I don't want to spread germs or wear myself out.

But, today is ab day. I will do my ab exercises. At home.

Tomorrow, hopefully, my sinuses will not be sloshing and I'll be able to go burn through a workout.
