Gram's House

So, my Gram's house is for sale. It's nothing special... just a 3br/2ba that needs work. What's surprising is the asking price... It needs about $15k/$20k worth of work (and a new garage) but yet it's selling for over double what it sold for only a couple years ago.

What the f*ck.

I wish I had the money. Really. Just to give my parents a nice, stable, predictable place to live.

I guess they'll just have to ride out the storm up on the hill, for now.
