Happy Birthday Annalisa

I only have a little time to make an entry this morning. I've wanted to rant about work, and on the fitblog, but I just havent had time.

Today, my main point is to say Happy 30th Birthday to my friend Annalisa and to say (even though it's totally cliche) that some things do get better with age.

I am so happy to have you as a friend, Annalisa, and indirectly I have Kinkos to thank for it.

May you have many many more years of happiness and excitement.

And beer bongs, big boobs, and booty shakin. Ohio style, of course.
