Well... here's the possible timetable...
Monday, 5/5, Inspection & Termite Inspection
Tuesday, 5/6, Meet with Mortgage Guy to Settle Paperwork and order appraisal.
If we order the appraisal on Tuesday, it would be back on the 13th.
Then, that would make us done with underwriting on the 16th or 19th.
If no conditions after underwriting, then we could be ok to close on the 23rd.
But, it would cost us $185 for 9 days interest.
Hm. $185 is pretty small potatoes for 9 days more of moving time.
