Utilities Etc

So, I spent nearly 20 minutes on the phone with TimeWarner to get our cable service switched to the new address in 10 days. There was no problem scheduling, just a problem with the computer slowing up the customer service rep. Apparently they were "experiencing an unusually high volume of calls". So, the 4 hour window is set, and then I could move on to other things.

Like AEP. Their website collects information for establishing new service. BAM. I should find out later today if everything went ok, or if I will need to speak to someone in person, etc.

Oh, and I found local retailers for the lights I found online. Woohoo.
